Maybe Debby isn't the best name...any nominations? But I'm sure we all know her -- she's the demon we have dieted with for all these years. Debby knows all about points and exchanges and calories and good foods and forbidden foods. To follow the path of the Thin Woman's Brain Debby needs to be put to pasture. But she keeps sneaking through the gate....particularly at the grocery store where diet = cart full of diet foods and no much that I love or want to eat. I have as much trouble with her right now as Addy.

Debby works for me! It's really hard to quit looking at those labels. I guess the right answer is to try and reach for the stuff without the labels. :)
